In honor of the 2020 College Football Playoff National Championship tomorrow I figured I would share how I show my team spirit at work! Are you a sports fan wanting to rep your favorite professional or college sports team(s) at work? But you’ve got to wear business causal? Well I got you girl! I ABSOLUTELY love themes, color schemes, really any chance to create a cute outfit with intention.
Your since of fashion can be a way to express yourself so if you want to root for your team and keep it professional at work I want to share some of my favorite outfits and pairings I have used for the past couple of years.
A little context for you, I went to grad school at LSU and currently work at The University of Alabama. So for my SEC friends out there you know I have quite the dilemma trying to sport my LSU gear here on campus at Bama. But every year when LSU plays Alabama in football I can’t pass up the chance to get a little creative in showing my team spirit at work!

I had so much fun mixing and matching my team’s colors, purple and gold, but you can easily make any of these looks work for your team too! So now it’s your turn, think of the two primary colors for your team and then take look in your closet. Some classic pieces I use are: scarves, headbands, and my favorite vest but some other ideas are: bold jewelry, cardigans, a colored belt or animal print flats! I‘m sure you can create great combinations to rep your team. It’s all about taking simple, yet bold color pieces and struttin’ your looks! Now get out there and show your team spirit!
